9 years ago, when I first found out about Ambrotose Complex powder (also known as the generic term "glyconutrients"), I read everything on the planet. But I didn't read for long. A few weeks, maybe. I saw it fairly quickly. I was intrigued, excited, but I was just afraid to try something new and risk be let down again, to not feel any better, to waste the money... I actually let my fears stop me from GETTING BETTER for a couple of months. I can't believe I did this! (See my full story in my first post)
Luckily, Greg, the man I was talking to about them and who introduced them to me was patient and he knew to hang in there with me. I finally said I'd try them for a couple months only just to know that I had tried everything. I was not well at all and had tried everything on the planet with little benefits. Pain, fatigue, poor sleep, moving through life in dark moods... just to name a few of the gems I lived with.
Oh, and don't forget EMBARRASSMENT! Here I was a retired chiropractor, a health care provider, and I could not find my way back to health through my "change of life" episodes and chronic pain syndrome from my earlier injury.
So, my recommendation is to just TAKE the darn stuff for 6 months and see how you feel. I can help you find out how much to take, how to take it, how frequently to take it in the day.
